A Pitscard job would commence on receipt of the text and image(s) submitted in writing or by e-mail.
If changes are made by a customer on receipt of the first design proof, then Pitscards reserve the right to make an additional design charge from £50+VAT to create a revised design proof; these changes being known as ‘author’s amendments'.
If Pitscards have mis-understood the customer instructions and have not acted on the original request then no additional charge will be made.
Once the design proof has been approved by the customer, if any text
errors occur after this stage, then Pitscards
GUARANTEE to take responsibility for these errors and agree to re-print
the card at no additional charge.

The quality of image(s) to be re-produced is the responsibility of the image provider and Pitscards do not undertake image manipulation. The cards are litho printed as part of a batch and whilst Pitscards seek to maintain a consistency of printing, occasionally there may be minor variations in colours throughout the full quantity supplied; this however would not be considered grounds for rejection and Pitscards do not guarantee colour matching. Tolerances for card cutting are typically ±1mm, however occasionally
cutting errors can occur. Where the cutting of cards is unacceptable and
information has been removed Pitscards GUARANTEE
to take responsibility for these errors and agree to re-print the card
at no additional charge.
Note: this does not include a minor alignment error of information on
the front versus placement of information on the back of the card.
